The nurse and Dr. Chu were very nice and attentive. However, the front desk workers were very rude and chose not to acknowledge me when I walked in. I dont know if it was due to my appearance, but I literally have the flu so yeah Im going to look a bit of a mess. They eagerly acknowledged the next guest behind me though, and I wonder why (Im black and they werent so it makes you wonder). At the end of m visit they ignored me and the nurse had to come out to ensure that I got my doctors note. All and all would not recommend.

Would give no stars if possible Don't go there " unprofessional and disrespectful office) Disappointing Experience at CityMD Urgent Care Rego park ,doctor Ryan Logan was unwelcoming and lacked professionalism, showing little interest in explaining my issues . He even insulted me and was inpatient , shouting ,arrogant, with very bad attitude ,this was the worst experience I went through dealing with any doctor. I don't get it why a health care professional would treat thier patients with disgusting behavior ,disinterest and racism . I went there with severe pain in my back and neck he carelessly examined me and didn't respect my pain and eventually didn't resolve any of my issues. Someone from the front desk ,Ellie "claimed to be a supervisor " tried to handle the situation , but I don't know if he was having a bad day or he treats his patient with disrespect on a daily base, but either way I'm reporting him .
