SO unbelievably RUDE doctor. I felt insanely disrespected when I asked him a simple question. Never coming back.

I came in with a uti caused by dehydration and was diagnosed with a starting uti. I ended up going into the emergency room later in the night to be assigned proper antibiotics that worked almost immediately. Dr. Elbert Ching is the worst most condescending doctor Ive ever met in my entire life. I asked a question about the uti and he said Im not a gynecologist I cant give you an answer to that. Theres a way to say things especially to patients that are in need of help at that moment. He could have assigned stronger antibiotics and chose not too as if the money is coming out of his pocket, especially after reading my past report. He is not a good doctor.

Excellent nurses, PAs and doctors. Terrible infrastructure. I've been here twice in the last two years and both times it has taken hours and multiple attempts to for the administrative staff to send a prescription to my pharmacy. The problem is apparently with their electronic system but most of the staff are unapologetic and rude. After my second call to the office (2h after my appointment) when I finally asked how they can claim to provide urgent care when sending an electronic prescription takes hours, the CS rep claimed that only care is urgent, not prescriptions :) this would be hilarious if I didn't feel so awful. TL;DR - Go to City MD Forest Hills if you need a good therapist because they provide 'care' urgently, but don't expect your medication to be requested with any urgency (or at all, since four hours after my appointment the office has not yet sent my prescription in to the pharmacy).

Great place to go when you need emergency care that dos not require a visit to the hospital. Doctors and staff are friendly and professional.
