Do NOT use his services. His wonderful assistant Barbara left his company, and there is something wrong with the way he operates now. He said he would do my taxes, (virtually), I had been using his services since 2016. I contacted him in April, in advance of the tax deadline date. He said he would do my taxes. He never followed up with me, I called and messaged him repeatedly. The Friday before the deadline date he said would contact me to do my taxes , and never did. I had to call him on 4/18 for my taxes to be processed. I asked him to mail me a hard copy of my tax returns, which Barbara usually did. That was April 18th. I didn't receive them in the mail. I gave him the time to process them and waited until June 1, I asked him if he mailed them, He said he did. I had to ask repeatedly for him to email me payment vouchers to send back, I have a picture of the voucher for my federal return, it's in literal gibberish, I had to ask for a legible copy. Yesterday was June 15th. It doesn't take 2 weeks to come in the mail, I live around the block from his office. I texted him asking what happened for the 3rd time, yesterday. He insisted he mailed them out, but then texted me asking for my address. I was like, if you mailed them, you should have my address. He said he would get back to me today. Today's business hours came and went, and he didn't get back to me. I called him and he has the audacity to try to mansplain and gaslight me, "Why are you being like this, Allison?" Then tells me to find someone else to do my taxes. I was like, "Do you really think I would use you services ever again?". I paid for this service , I'm entitled to a hard copy of my returns. I don't have a printer or computer at home. They always send me a hard copy. Steer very clear of his disorganized chaos.

Closed knocked on door no one answered need my taxes done. I will try again but I do not see anyone in window
