I was literally followed around the store and deliberately talked trash of and the employee wasn't even hiding it! Literal racial profiling since I went to the front of the store and she ignored the massive crowd around the register!! unnecessarilly expensive and unwelcoming to non-EAs. Tesu x is just a block away & saves a lot of money. Edit: read reviews and honest to God if they're so worried about stealing maybe idk lower the unnecassarilly high prices!

When you enter they constantly follow you even if you are the only person at the store. Gets very uncomfortable knowing you have 3-4 people watching your every move while shopping. But they lost all the stars with their return policy. Its very clear they buy cheap stuff and then jack up the price. Therefore when it comes to returns even though items are in prestige condition they will refuse to even exchange. I tried to return a pair of sandals after 10 days and they refused saying its not fair to other customers.Sandals were unused with all tags no wear or tear what difference does 3 days make?. I ended up leaving the sandals with them and walking out. They made their $20 but I am never buying at their store again. Shameless probably knowing they are cheap and overpriced I wouldnt be surprised if they put them back on the shelf.
