        The service in this place is terrible. They treat you as if you owe them money in this place. You cannot even take two carts to move your things. Terrible customer service.

        Great service, I rented a storage unit and the process of moving my stuff in, was super smooth and easy. Ofir, an employee was super helpful, she explained everything in regards to my rental, and helped me get to my unit and always showed kindness and respect. Great costumer service from Ofir, 100% recommended!

        I moved from Costa Rica last year, from a moderately large house to a NYC apartment. I needed a place to store a lot of things that would not fit in my apartment. I thought I would need some large warehouse in another borough, but Public Storage in Queens is down the road, arranged a 10 x 10 space, and best of all, they use net technology really well. Their app lets you access the facility, opens doors, calls elevators, and eases communication. Easiest storage experience ever, and the prices are great! Highly recommended!
