Ive been looking to buy a house for some time now. When I first spoke to Cesar the first thing he asked me to do was stop by his office. At first thought I said I'm going to waste my time. Yet I still went, When I met Cesar he was smiling and ready to start. He told me he was happy to go over any questions I had and to create my wish list in a home. We went over my financial situation to my down payment and we discovered that I was short in my closing cost. He estimated the closing cost and it surprised me how much it is. He advised me on different options I had. By doing this, it helped me make the necessary changes to improve my budget and not waste any time. He is very patient and dedicated. His personality helps to put a person at ease. I could tell he knows and loves his profession.
