        They refuse to help tenants maintenance problems and dont answer the phone to main office. All of there properties have heating issues as well.

        Never received a true response to receive a tour of apartment building. Remote receptionist answer calls and relay messages. I believe it may be a scammer collecting information. I never received the follow up call. The community I drove through for a personal look was nice. The buildings are clustered in one area of a safe zip code in Orange, NJ.

        This is the worst management company. I lived at one of their properties in the past and I would never recommend them. Do Not rent from them.

We do not have remote receptionist, we are NOT located in NJ, and we are NOT connected to NJ in any way, shape, or form.       You reviewed the WRONG company. We DON'T own any property, and we DON'T have any tenants! We are NOT connected to NJ in anyway. We are Queens based Broker not LANDLORD or MANAGEMENT, it seems that you are looking for another company that is based in NJ and has a similar name. We have nothing to do with them. Please remove this review and posted it to the CORRECT entity!
