        This is the worst place ever. The judge at Queens civil court decided to use this newspaper for me to publish my name change and it has been a disaster. They are never available. The hours of operation that they have listed on the website are invalid. They come in whenever they want to and leave whenever they want to. My fiance almost took an Uber to the location because it stated that they were open luckily he didn't travel there because they were not in the office. They are supposed to open at 10 they open sometimes 11 or 12. You can never get anyone by phone you always get a voicemail and the voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. This place is horrible I will be sure to let the clerk know about this place. They shouldn't use a place that is so unprofessional especially dealing with timely court documents.
