Angelo and his team understand the science of steam! There is no simpler way to put it! One may think that this is a given for any plumber, but unfortunately this isn't the case. We have an old steam boiler for a five-family building and over the winter experienced loud banging noises up and down the pipes and crazy cycling in the boiler, turning on and off. The water level was also fluctuating a lot, specially during startup, and the water feeder was asking for extra water, constantly flooding the tank. We had several people come in and look at the problems but even though they tried different fixes, no-one seemed to understand the issue. Angelo came recommended by another plumber who specifically said "he knows steam". Boy was he right! Angelo came in. identified several issues with the main steam pipe, the return lines and some other things I didn't fully understand. He came back with his crew, took care of the issues, replaced some pipes, did some other magic and oh my! We have our peace and quiet back! Boiler runs smooth, no banging and no cycling! Can't thank him enough! His team is amazing, very careful and clean! It's unfortunate that these days steam is a dying art but thankfully there are some plumbers that understand the science behind it and can take care of steam boilers! If you have a steam boiler, you need to keep Angelo's number on your contact list!

Evangelos Glikos did a great job on time. We called for services after a recommendation from National Grid to fix the gas line that had some smell. we found very excellent professionals having quality services at affordable rates and also providing safety information. Please compare it with others you will go through "Hydraulics Mechanical Inc.", Excellent job!

Angelo gets the job done! We are a non-profit organization in the Bronx that really needed someone to be reliable and trustworthy and that's what we got with Angelo and his crew. He installed two boilers for us and was able to have them up and running in no time. Tina was also very knowledgeable and helpful with all the paperwork. He is also well known in the department of buildings and that to me is a plus. Thanks, Aileen F.

I cannot recommend working with Angelo and Tina enough! We had a gas leak in our home, and ConEdison shut off our gas. We had 5 days to hire a master licensed plumber to fix the leak and correct any violations, or else we would be looking at 2-3 weeks at least without gas (most likely more). After contacting several other plumbers, some flat out refused to do the work, or deliberately wanted to work after the 5-day window. Also, their quotes were outrageously high. After Angelo took a look, he spoke honestly about what needed to be done, what he would do, and how he would do it. No one else went into so much detail. And his price was ultimately very fair and reasonable compared to what we previously were quoted. It took about 1-2 days to complete all the work he outlined, and another day for ConEdison to do the inspection to turn on the gas. It was all done so quickly and well! All within the 5-day emergency window. I would not work with anyone else in the future, if there was any issue with the gas in our home. Not to mention both Angelo and Tina were by our side when dealing with all the bureaucratic nonsense that is ConEdison and the DOB. They took care of all of that and the scheduling! I cannot thank them enough for everything they've done. There's a reason why every single review for them is 5 stars.
