5-Woofs! Welcome to the neighborhood! We are so happy to have a sole proprietorship catering to our animal companions. The selection reflects how much attitudes have changed and awareness has increased over the years!watch out big box and the old guard i.e. Big Kibble. Very impressive inventory (including small batch cooked and RAW, OH MY!). The young gentleman Harold, who served me was enthusiastic to be there (always infectious), knowledgeable about the stock (increasingly rare) and genuinely interested in finding solutions (whaaaaat?!?) Lets all get off the Amazon merry-go-round and give the little guy on the block a sizable portion of our wallet share.

Excellent customer service and high end quality products. We got a beautiful costume for our french bulldog puppy this past Halloween among other treats and pet supplies. We have been a consistent customer for my doggy ever since. We highly recommend stopping into Pet Club NY if you need any pet supplies!

Very knowledgeable staff I walk my puppy by the store and she already knows and wants to go in there lol. Staff is very caring and the girls know their stuff Went there on Monday 2.6.2024 and the girl working at the counter was super nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you

Forgot to leave a review, but anyways I went to this location to get my Chinese sharpei some goodies and I spoke with Adrianna and she was really helpful with informing me about other options beside bone and hip supplements to my dogs with bone broth and this bone broth powder. She was a pleasure speaking too
