I was very happy with Dr. Fillos but will never visit him again because of their billing department. I have GHI and I am a city employee. Quest diagnostics needs information from the doctor and since January they haven’t replied. I tried calling the billing department and no one picks up. In addition, I received another bill from another lab. How many labs are going to bill me? Someone is running a scam.

Doctor is good, BUT Billing department is a mess, Save your Receipt! They were calling me and sending me mails charging me for a bill that was already paid in PERSON!!!!

Great doctor, awful billing department. Haven't seen the doctor in over two years, but yearly I get billed as if I missed an appointment, when I never had one.
