I am never going back to this place to do full face wax. The lady who did my face wax massed up my face. beginning of the wax I told her my skin is very sensitive so be gentle and dont do wax twice on the same spot. I was constantly telling her not to do wax twice on the same spot the lady didnt bother to listen and now I have spot on my skin. I am very disappointed with the service.

I loved going to QQ nails when they first started out, many many years ago. I loved it so much I referred a lot of clients to her. My entire family goes there thanks to me and so do my friends including my daughter. Im a big spender and love to pamper myself every2 weeks. I get Nexgen powder and some designs every now and then ($75), and I get spa pedicure the Green tea special ($55) gel pedicure extra ($20.00). Mind you I bought my own tools from them many times. For myself, my mom and daughter each ($75). I get my full face threaded every 2 weeks supposed to be ($35) but somehow started getting charged by her husband ($45) for me and my daughter. Aside from that my daughter gets her nails both nexgen powder with designs and regular pedi. Thats additional every 2 weeks. Plus I tip $20 each for every service I get there. And when I pay, I pay with a credit card. I get charged for services, plus taxes which is no problem at all and additional tax on the tips all under credit card fee. (* illegal). Then, when I called QQ nail salon to let Jenny know that my nail broke in half and I needed her to fix it asap because I need to attend a wedding next day, her husband responded with you have to come around 9:30am, and when I told him I couldnt do that time because I drop my daughter at college at that time. I would be able to come in at 10 instead. His response was NO you cant come and that its not their fault the nail broke off and that he doesnt care! after he almost over charged me accidentally over $70 dollars extra. P. S I will be looking for a lawyer for over charging me taxes on tips that I left for the staff. I dont mind paying credit card fees and dont mind paying for service taxes but to be charged $24 dollars extra for tipping is way out of the line. In Addition he almost charged me $45 extra for god knows what. I normally dont always ask why the bill came out too high. This was the actual first time I checked the bill. And asked why it was higher than normal. My daughter only did her pedicure and face threading. She didnt get her nails done. But was charged for it. Instead of Im sorry, he gave me a whole speech about better tip in cash. And that I should take a picture of what hes charging me and that way I wont ask him next time. To top it all off, my daughters nails where not dry yesterday and we were the last ones there, he asked my daughter to leave without drying her toes to go home with their disposable flip flops. . Joe and Jenny I know youre also going to get this message, if it gets to you. I hope you find a better way of treating you loyal clients, dont be too greedy. Since Joe came in the business, Jennys salon is not the same.

My go to lady is Grace! Make sure you call and make an appointment as they do get busy, Grace is attentive and caring to her customers. She is super helpful in choosing the type of style / color for your manicure / pedicure ! I highly recommend Grace and definitely get the powder gel manicure they last me up to 3-4 weeks sometimes even more!

pretty , but my cuticles looked like i pick at them and my nail cracked by the 2nd day. i got them done on monday & the thumb cracked by wednesday night. the nails also took about 2.5 hours (started around 2:40 was done around 5pm, then did pedicure). also the pedicure was like a 5/10 experience. the lady hurt me and made me bleed and i had to ask her to put on disinfectant.. idk it was ok. i think the manicure took a while bcs she was new, but she did a great job at the design and stuff i just dont like the fact that it broke so quick.
