Terrible service, I just came in and just because I wanted to take out what I had since it was another gel polish, they wanted to charge me. $15.00 is an abuse in prices and the girl with a very ugly attitude

Been coming here since before the pandemic with my wife but after yesterday I won't be coming back here. The short Ecuadorian lady I think her name is JULIE(black hair and moles on her face) is either the manager with a nasty attitude or always unfriendly. She did my nails for $25 plus tip I could have cut them myself she cut them even and unpleasant way. She was rushing to go home. Don't go to her she is always serious might as well don't go here. My toes hurt from how short she cut them looks like someone's first day on the job. I've been coming here since before the pandemic with my wife, but after yesterday I'm not coming back here. I came from along Island to sleep over at my sisters, I left my baby to get some Me time and got the green tea pedicure which includes a regular mani and I have no words to describe the quality of service! I am coming here at least once a month from now on when I visit my sisters place is clean, theyre nice, I paid 10 min massage was amazing in my back. I am a former nail technician and retired due to back issues so I know how a great mani & pedi should be. This is your place. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!! Beautiful place but very limited and ugly colors that are either very dark and glum or pastel like for Easter. They don't clean the bowl but instead use ugly thin "liners that look like plastic bags. They have a massager on the chairs BUT DONT TELL YOU ABOUT IT! I saw the remote for it in the last 10 mins, used it and was told I'll be chargef by the minute! WHAT??? The English level is extremely low but luckily I speak Spanish fluently and used that the whole time.I informed the person that my left foot was extremely sensitive and she had to be light with her touch. I had to remind her at least SIX TIMES! And she could clearly see how inflammed my toes where so it was obvious. She later mocked me to the others about my 'sensitivity' while my feet dried... Like did you forget I am bilingual, lady?? She had zero friendliness, no chit chat and also was aggressive with my cuticles. When I asked to go lighter on the left she instead would drop the foot into the water and do the right, WITHOUT COMPLETING It! My 2nd toe nail on the right foot actually split after she filed it and she blamed it on my SOFT sneakers! She yelled at me to find a new color (we had to try a few bc of the lackluster options). The resulting pedicure was uneven and there is dried skin on the tops of all my toes! It Like, seriously?! I have gotten TWO nail appts in the last 20 years bc of how uncomfortable I am in these places (strong smells) and she ruined it for me! Maria nail shop on 53rd and Roosevelt is so sweet, friendly, and gentle and her results were PERFECT for the same price! And way better range of colors. And they CLEAN THE BOWL!!! It's not as fancy looking but who cares!
