Lynda helped me, my sister and her husband purchase our now home. We are first-time homebuyers. We all work on weekdays so we only have the weekends to search for houses. Lynda was with us from start to finish. She scheduled appointments for us and went with us on all the open houses for the properties we are interested in looking at. We probably checked at close to 80 houses during our search at multiple towns in Nassau County. At the beginning, we were even going to open houses on both Saturdays and Sundays and 3 houses per day at the least. Lynda was with there us, whatever the weather may be. You name it - sunny, rainy, windy, snowy and cold. For the 6 months that we've worked together searching for our home, we learned a lot from Lynda - different house structures, house features, property tax grievance, closing process and many more. We (as buyers) understood what features we are looking for in a home and what can settle without (such as a basement). Lynda also understood what we were looking for. When we look at houses, we share our ideas to each other on how we can customize space or parts of the house according to our need or liking. As a first-time homebuyer, that was an add-on value for us because we gained a lot of knowledge during the process. She asks the questions that we may not even think about first. She was there to make sure we ask the right questions before making an offer. Lynda became our mentor. It's a really tough market to buy a house right now and we have been outbid so many times. A lot of times we came second choice or as backup buyers of some of the properties but we just kept moving forward. Every week, Lynda communicated to us any new listings of houses for sale that she knew we would be interested in. She never gave up on looking for our home. Lynda is passionate with her work that's why she excels. We are all pleased working with Lynda. She will find the home you are looking for. Our closing went by smoothly. Overall, we've had superb experience with how we worked as a team - our real estate agent, Lynda, closer attorneys, and loan officer. Thank you, Lynda!

Looking for an apartment has been an extremely time consuming and stressful experience for my partner and I. Prior to dealing with her, we had already dealt with so many issues and shady situations in our apartment search. Lynda was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She is someone who clearly cares about her job and about providing a comfortable environment. We didn't feel rushed, but she also made sure to not waste time with unnecessary steps. She took us through the entire process and kept in touch through everything as well as remained open for any questions we had. She was very respectful, professional, and friendly. When the time comes for us to buy a home we can only hope to deal with real estate agents like her.

Lynda was recommended to us after my wife and I were having no luck with our home search. The process was much smoother the moment we met her. She took the upfront time to understand what we were looking for so the listings she provided were always good fits. She attended the open houses and helped schedule many private viewings - always giving us her honest opinion immediately afterwards - which helped my wife and I with filtering all the opinions. She always made herself available all the way to closing. We're so happy with our new home and couldn't have done it without Lynda.

Looking for an apartment, can be a stressful experience. Lynda was knowledgeable about her clients and their expectations also the community and the process. She was very respectful, professional, and caring. I wish all real estate agents could be like her.

We will always trust lynda to find us the right place! We have worked with Lynda twice and each time she found us a place that met all of our checklist and then some. She has a great network and was able to show us listings that werent even on the market yet.
