Naydia Kowchai at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II

Khumarie and Kowchai are two of the most best realtors I ever came across. They were for truly and amazing to me when they were contracted to put my house on rental market. They make sure that each renter had their paperwork intact and they did the proper screening. They actually guided and picked my tenant for me and make sure that everything was written up properly and follow the laws. I gave five stars because they are absolutely good persons and have a wonderful personalities, so I truly recommend them to be your realtors.

Naydia is amazing, excellent customer service, attention to details and full of positive energy. She made the whole process a breeze. She listens to your concerns and tends to you needs. They even came around for the holidays and dropped off a care package, its these things that make them stand out. If youre looking for a realtor Khumarie & Naydia are the best to do it. Naydia is amazing! It took months for me to find a decent apartment until I found her. She was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the real estate market. Her high level of communication and promptness as a realtor is unmatched. 5 stars because she's absolutely the best.

My experience with Naydia was a very pleasant one, she goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they get the best experience looking for their new home.
