Terrible attention you ask for one thing and they give you another you claim them and they come out braver, I don't recommend

This place is the worst place to place an order, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to serve me and apart from that they gave me the order I made completely wrong, they gave me other products and when I went to make the claim they told me that they couldn't help me at all and I should leave, apart from those, they are rude, there are almost no employees to serve people, terrible place, I do not recommend it.

It's tragic how this branch has gone downhill. When it first opened less than a year ago, the food was fresh and tasty, and the staff seemed upbeat (if a little slow). But over the months there have been more and more incidents... ordering a family box of strips to find half of them cold, ordering a two-piece meal to find the meat in the breast a translucent-pink state of raw, or just generally nothing being very fresh. As for the staff, they have steadily grown lax and sometimes seem angry. Unfortunately, none of the Popeyes around this part of Queens are very good either. Either it's the same franchise or head office isn't patrolling standards. So lately I've been giving my chicken custom to Jollibee or Campero.

Food is not bad, its Popeyes. The service is atrocious however. They fired every other person it seems, and only have 1 person working the counter. Each person takes at least 5 MINUTES to take the order. This review was my breaking point seeing the worker walking around not giving a damn about the line, walked outside to chat someone (?) or something. Like, they SEE YOU but ignore you. The other reviews were right. No urgency. Im not going to come back just for a fast food joint to take 10 minutes to get me fast food.

Experience I had was terrible. I placed an order through the app by using my reward points, which is essentially a "free" meal. At the end of the day, I still earned those reward points by paying my other meals. The meal I ordered was a three piece chicken meal with a side. And probably because I didn't "pay" for my meal, when I picked up my food and asked for barbecue sauce, the person behind the counter, Mohammed Rahman, refused to provide any barbecue sauce. He justified his action by explain to me, that, it is a store policy. Barbecue sauce is only offered with chicken tender orders. Regular fried chicken only comes with ketchup or hot sauce. He will charge me 60 cents per barbecue sauce if I still want one. I asked if he was serious and he confirmed again. Before I left with no sauce at all (not even ketchup), I told him that it is probably his policy, not store or Popeyes policy. Extremely disappointed and will never visit this Popeyes again.
