Phở Grand Bayside

The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable!! I'm thankful this store is in my neighborhood.

Great local spot, fast service for takeout and dine in. Pho, Singapore noodle, salt and pepper squid & pork chop are delicious.

Recommended. Visited Saturday night after watching movie and less crowded. Must try when youre in the neighborhood.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I am honestly beyond speechless at how disgusting this experience was. Ordered delivery on DoorDash, took a while but assumed it was just the driver. However, once I started eating, I was just floored. The spring rolls were okay, but the lettuce portioning was strange. My main gripe is with the Pho. There were literally COUNTLESS short hairs sprinkled all around like a seasoning. I have extremely long, fine hair so it was quite obviously not mine. Possibly a male chefs. I've attached photos, these are all different hairs I found (I found some more after too. lol.) Did they drop my order in the trash after the chef shaved or something??? I don't understand, but this is disgusting. And the finishing touch, there was a long piece of PLASTIC in the soup. No, it was not a meat piece. A thin long piece of plastic. I literally wanted to throw up. Not to mention the soup was the most bland soup I've ever tasted and the pho was just terrible. I never write reviews but this experience was just unbelievable. I've had countless phos from many restaurants, even found many hidden gems with 3 star restaurants. But this restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star. For a restaurant, basic hygiene and taste is required.
