I'm only giving an extra star because of Carlos &the quick nurses who made this experience a bit more bearable. My sister and I came here at 12:45pm just to wait for 5hours to get tested LAST. I'm currently still waiting to get tested because the lady couldnt find my name on the system but she found everyone else's before mine. I'm not mad at anyone who works here, I just think they need to find a new system esp during times like this. Carlos really needs a raise because if it wasnt for him, I think I wouldve been even more upset. If you need your results and this is the only place, just be mindful that the line will not move and its not guaranteed that you will get tested because they close at 5pm. COME EARLY, this will take your whole day.

WARNING! Do not go to this location. Be prepared to wait hours for a simple travel cpr test. Staff is not even trained and not even knowledgable in the slightest of how to fill in a form which they ask again after you have filled in the required information online. They give you attitude: "Oh my god!" "Why haven't you done xyz like I told you!!" Etc. While giving only a few words instead of complete sentences. You get charged $225 if you don't have US insurance (have EU insurance and wasn't accepted). First got tested for other things like bloodpressure, height, weight etc. Then have to wait for a call to a licensed staff and anwser questions again which you have already filled in online. Tldr: Don't waste your time(2h+ with or without appointment) and money for covid testing and look further.

Do not waste your time going there! Especially if your pressed for time. They advertise no appointments required , upon arrival , although the office was visibly empty the technician said she would not be taking anyone only appointments. I had called prior to my arrival to ensure that an appointment was not necessary and was told that as long as I arrived before 4pm I would be seen, its 2:50pm and I spent 20min ( which btw no one showed up) wasted .

I had an appointment for 3:45pm today and arrived five minutes before my time. I checked in using the QR scan code from the picture outside and then went in to make sure the receptionist received it. Inside, there were at least 10-15 people crammed into a waiting room thats no bigger than 7ftx8ft. There was no social distancing at all. I tried to check in and could not have privacy while sharing my personal details as another customer stood literally 6 inches from me. I was informed that the office still had not yet seen appointments from 10am earlier that day so my appointment may likely be cancelled or rescheduled. I was informed a nurse would come out shortly and let everyone in the waiting room know re:next steps. 15 min later, one patient leaves and nurse calls in a new patient who said he had an appointment at 730am. He was called in at 4pm. Nurse went back to her room while the waiting room erupted with questions. No one answered anything. People stayed there angry and fuming. I chose to leave due to concerns of safety. EXTREMELY poor customer experience. No social distancing. No waiting system. No explanations. No call ahead from office notifying people of a delay. If I didnt have COVID before I walked into this place, it is likely that I and others in the waiting room do now after having been inches away from 15 other patients in such a small space. This place needs much more staff, an organized system, clear communication from staff to patients, and needs to also stop letting patients book appointments on Sunday online when theyre closed. Reporting to NYC for unsafe & hazardous conditions.
