ENT and Allergy Associates - Forest Hills

Awful experience. Dr Michael Alleva was absolutely rude and horrible at patient care. He came in, greeted me, and proceeded to stick tools in my ear. When I began jerking away, he was rude and said you need to stay still you cant make it difficult. I was in shock. He never once asked me why I was there and proceeded to do a procedure without even telling me about what exactly he was going to do. He came off as condescending and not interested in actual patient care. I will never return.

This place is the absolute worst medical place Ive been and Ive been to a lot the girls at the front rude and no compassion no smile just rude and full of attitude.. I guess they tell the doctor that I had an issue with their behavior cause he too was loud and not listening to me .. didnt give me a chance to explain what Im going through.. its just bad people.. if you can please dont go to this mess of a place.. I only give 1 star because if I didnt I wouldnt get to write this review the first ever review Ive written since Ive been in New York 4 years now and ive be been to a lot f of doctors.. yes its that bad there

Stay away! From the outset my waiting times in the office for my appointments would be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Waiting in the hallway with no explanation with a very small space and crowded. I came here for hearing loss and I started this process in October. A total waste of my time! I will go elsewhere.

Caught a bit off guard by how unnecessarily rude the audiologist in suite 8 is. For no apparent reason, straight out the gate.
