I love this place! Always on time. Sometimes they call you ahead and ask if they can pick up a little early, which is always fine with me. Clothes come back perfectly folded and smelling great.

I've been using this service since I moved to Queens a year ago. They do a beautiful job with everything fresh-smelling and perfectly folded, and pickup and delivery are always smooth. A load of washing and drying costs almost $6 in my building, so it's only slightly more expensive than doing it myself--probably the same when I factor in the cost of my time and energy.

The customer service on this business is great. I had my first order placed this weekend. Driver was punctual with pick up and dropping off. You get to choose the time frame and any things to add to your laundry service. It was my first experience with this service as I just had a newborn a week ago, really helpful. I did however receive a sweater that wasnt mine in my order and missed one item. I received a call with an apology and the company made sure the situation was taken care of. The clothes did in fact smell great and were separated and folded nicely.
