I normally do not write google reviews, but congratulations because you guys definitely earned this one! My first review on google! MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE! I did a state farm auto online quote and State Farm website online tagged this office's information for the online quote contact. I called last Friday afternoon(1/08/2021 4:30pm). The guy who picked up the phone put me on hold for a 3-4 minutes. Then when he came back to the phone, he sounded rushed! The kind of feeling you get when someone wants you to get off the phone or wants to hang up on you? So I asked, if I should call back, he said no and transferred me to someone else. Next, the person I was transferred to I told her to hold on while trying to get my state far, auto quote information and after 1 minute of placing on hold she hung up on me??? Ok, after 30 minutes, I figured let some time go by and call back. This time around, someone else picks up my call.I believe it was Alvin. Alvin seemed a little more relax and took my information down and said he will look up my quote that I signed up for online and he would call me back. So I contacted this office last Friday (1/08/2021). It is now 1/10/21 and never got back to me. Unfortunately, I did not take the names down of the first two people I spoke to. The third person I spoke to seemed better because he was calm, but he never called me back??? These people should definitely not be picking up phones and speaking to customers!!! Robert Russo, your state farm office branch is very rude and unprofessional! Dont bother trying to rectify this mistake or trying to acquire my business. I am now insured by Liberty Mutual. Anyone reading this, I recommend them to stay away from this office!!!! REVIEW UPDATE: 1/12/2021 How do you verify anyones information when your staff rushes customers off the phone(1st staff member), hangs up after on hold waiting less than a minute (2nd staff member), and takes down your information and promises to call you back but does not call you back (3rd staff member, Alvin)??? That's 3 very rude and very unprofessional Staff members!!! An apology for your staffs' rudeness and incompetence would've sufficed! My review stays the same. ALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE AGENCY BECAUSE NOW LYING is another skill you guys possess! I normally do not write google reviews, but congratulations because you guys definitely earned this one!
