Amber Chow - State Farm Insurance Agent

The good. Amber Chow was very helpful when we enquired about our homeowner claim. The horrendously bad. When we moved forward to submit our claim, the claim representative deemed it was not covered. I immediately called Ambers office to seek further details. Queenie advised it was ultimately up to the claims adjuster and she sent a message, I will get a call back. During our conversation I heard a loud sigh. Rather than remediate the issue, she was frustrated and confrontational. After the call I called the main state farm number. Ultimately we identified the claim was incorrectly submitted to the weather dept. The lack of effort and urgency to help identify the root cause of the issue by Ambers staff wad clearly missing. Sending a message and waiting for a response is lazy. I still have not received a call back. Any call at this point is irrelevant as we have resolved the issue ourselves.

Since this was my first time dealing with house insurance after the house was transferred, I was confused and went to find Karen. She used her very professional knowledge and logic to quickly help me solve my questions. I highly recommend Karen. I can't find anyone with such good service and such professionalism in Flushing. If the score is out of 10, I would give Karen 15 points.
