First of all i have to say Rabi and his team were very professional and hardworking. They installed 12 zone mini split system in our duplex in Brooklyn. We call him 5 to 6 times before starting and finalizing the project and he answered all of our questions. His price was exceptional and very comparative. The project was completed in 3 days. Its been a month now and we havent got any complaints. We did test him on his labor warranty by asking him to check the system heating during the cold week we had and his technician showed up the same day. Highly recommend! Their service is exceptional, demonstrating professionalism, timeliness, and fair pricing. I came across Peregrine Heating and Cooling on google, seeing that they are a google certified service provider, I booked an appointment and they came out to give me a free estimate the same day. They proposed a new boiler, repairs to leaks in existing radiators, and installing mini split system for my basement as I did not have any existing heating and cooling, which I agreed to have installed and repaired. The installation process itself was nothing short of efficient and well-coordinated. Rabi and his team arrived promptly as scheduled, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials.
