Tudor replaced my apartment's AC and radiator for $2k less than other quoted competitors and I believe they did a better job than the other guys would have. From the initial quote, to doing the work, to minor follow up tasks after the fact, they maintained a level of professionalism to see the job through. Endri, on the office side of things, is who I communicated the most with to plan the work, settle payment, and troubleshoot issues. He was responsive and helpful in every situation. I cannot speak high enough of his care and coordination to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. Call Tudor for any future plumbing or HVAC work you may need in the NYC area. They are a great business and reputable guys through and through!

These guys are responsible and professional. Hired them for split AC. Had some problems rewiring our electrical circuit but they fixed it promptly. Great work ethics and really respect their customers. Glad to have found a great neighborhood HVAC company.

These guys are great! They really know what theyre doing, my boilers wiring is pretty messed up but they traced it to the damper and had the part to replace close by and got it done the same day. Then today they came by in the morning and replaced a gas valve while I was at work can really trust these guys to figure it out and get it done!

Very much satisfied doing business with the company. Had a boiler stop working in 6 family house, not a great day for a landlord. Made the call at 10am and guys showed up before 5pm same day which was really appreciated. Fix, heat back on, price reasonable, handshake, recommend.

TLDR: Job 1: install ductless split system AC/Heating 1 condenser mounted on back of house 2nd Flr 4 units inside/Job 2 install new steam radiators and stop the banging in residential steam heating system. Contractor was able to coordinate with other contractors seamlessly, great communication, knowledgeable, fair price, and honest. After searching through different contractors I found TUDOR and requested a quote. The price was literally $10k lower than the lowest price I had from other companies. After hiring them they worked together with my general contractor to get the split system put in and the radiators without any disruption or delays. Asim and his crew went above and beyond by even adjusting the other radiators in the house to stop the loud banging in the pipes. Only issue that popped up was an error code on one of the ductless units which turned out to be a faulty wire. I called Tudor and they sent 2 guys to come and fix it the next day (no additional charges). If anyone is looking for a company to install a ductless split system or has issues with their steam heating I would highly recommend this company. They know how to do their job and they get it right the first time. They also take pride in their work and if you have issues (which you shouldnt) they will respond quickly and get it fixed.
