I usually read tons of reviews when I have to invest in a situation I dont have experience with. You will save a lot of time and heartache if you pay attention to my insights and those of others here. Their reviews hit home and were accurate and so is mine. You can stop searching, call Greenex. Within DAYS of landing into my situation, it was all taken care of from estimate to finish without any issues, interruptions or excuses. I needed to quickly and completely empty everything from a family member's home and then clean it of biologic contamination that was the result of their sudden major illness. I felt hopeless and overwhelmed and was stunned when I called on a Sunday afternoon and Frank, the owner, answered the phone. He immediately understood and addressed every one of my concerns in the most straightforward and professional manner. He was kind, and the team was thorough and nearly miraculous, despite some issues that could have discouraged anyone else from this job. In the midst of anxiety and worry over my loved ones situation, Franks 20+ yrs experience and his crew whove been with him an average of 10+yrs, lifted my worry of satisfying the landlord and maintaining the dignity of my family member. They were professional and discreet, down to earth and easy to speak to. A gem of a company, this is what they do, I just have no idea how! We never once experienced any shame or embarrassment or hardship. I did not need to be on site, though I did arrive and note ongoing progress. They are extremely accommodating, prompt, and professional, empathetic of your particular concerns. I cant even think of anything else that matters as much at a time like this. I highly recommend that you call and discuss your issue and end your worries. Your difficult situation will quickly become a thing of the past and your peace of mind will be restored so you can get on with your life.

The reviews are all true! The GreenEx team was so patient, kind, and fast. I was so impressed by how much they were able to go through and how safe they were able to make my family feel in this whole process. We are very thankful for David, Darron, Brendan, and Nick who worked diligently to make our home spacious again. Thank you 1 million. Service is worth every penny!

Highly recommend Frank and his team. They made what was an extremely stressful time and task infinitely easier. They helped with decluttering and cleaning my parents house. They were friendly, helpful and worked with us every step of the way. Would use again

Not only did Frank and his able crew do what he said they'd do at the price he quoted, GreenEx exceeded my expectations. The job was to clear out fifty years worth of clutter from a hoarder's apartment. We requested that he put aside family photos, heirlooms, etc. that appeared important, which he did with care, courtesy and efficiency. And his crew swept up after! I highly recommend GreenEx for anyone faced with this unpleasant and stressful situation.
