      • The photos and the accommodation are completely different. The service staff had a bad attitude. I booked a large single room. When I arrived, I was told that the person staying there had not checked out. Then they told me to check out tomorrow after tomorrow. It was raining in New York and the small single room I stayed in had air leakage and needed to be used. Poor stay with plastic bags stuck
