        They were doing renovations at the hotel when I stayed there, so I didn't get to enjoy a lot of the usual amenities. It was sometimes hard to reach the front desk downstairs when I needed something, and my key card didn't always work in the elevator. The neighborhood that the hotel is in is not the best. And while the room was decent, it was not worth the expensive price it costs to stay here.

        Amazing staff, happy and smiling all the time. Very prompt in attending to client needs.They also take time to talk with guests, however one house keeper could not communicate in English but she quickly referred to someone else who could.

        The rooms were nice and the service was also well. Rooms: Very clean no problem with anything. Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby and two malls.

      We do apologize for the inconveniences as we make the hotel a better to serve all guests needs. We have noted your key card issue and will work on that to improve. We sorry our neighborhood was not to your liking. as we sit the Largest Chinatown in New York with a vast array of Asian Cuisine to try from. We do hope give us another chance specially after the restaurant opens up with the terrace overlooking the city. See you again?
