I wouldnt stay at this property again. When you check in and inquire, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour but you find that the shuttle runs sporadically, and sometimes not even at all. The pickup and drop off locations change. None of this is communicated through guest. I stayed for 3 nights, on the last night I was stopped by an unnamed person, asking if I stayed in the hotel, they then asked whats my room number? Like Im sorry who are you All while I was just seated on the couch on the second floor. The man never identified himself or his title, he said the shuttle only stops on the 1st floor at a certain time (signs say otherwise). I went downstairs, the women didnt say hello - its May I help you Im looking at her as if I didnt ask for anything. The woman who is part the night front desk staff specifically needs a customer service and sensitivity training, the night before I witnessed her scream a customer over the phone when I tried to pay for marketplace items, youd think she would remember me. Im actually an Ambassador and I have to report this because this would classify as discrimination, if I would have been doing something suspicious, would completely understand. If someone came to offer me a ride on the shuttle, at little bit more appropriate. Instead of giving names when requested, she simply gives me the phone number. Hmm, wonder why? Its all very unprofessional and confrontational. I completely understand wanting to secure the premises, but you cannot discriminately approach people and cause a confrontation hoping/thinking they dont belong. Housekeeping also ignores DND requests and signs, so beware.

Ideally located next to LaGuardia with 24 hour shuttle service. A chic, modern style combined with a convenient bar and restaurant combined with excellent service makes this the go-to place for late night arrivals and early departures. My room was facing the runway but when I turned on the Sleep Well channel in my room I didn't hear a thing. Thanks for a great night's sleep!
