        At this agency the patient care is horrible. They send the caregiver to sit, talk, and text on the phone all day. If the patient calls and expresses any concern about the caregiver's behavior, they don't care and the patient is the bad person. That kindness when calling is not the organizational culture. Caring for our loved ones is the most important thing and unfortunately this is not the place to find it. It is more of the same. Very sad.

        Never gave me a case and pocketed the check for my orientation then sent me a tax form saying i get paid for the hours i spent with that class. Something is fishy with this branch. If there is half star ill give them that rate. Do not trust this agency.
