        They kept calling until they got the account for the care of my husband. After that, they are unreachable, they do not return my phone call. There is services that my husband still need and they do not provide. So far Im very disappointed with Royal Care agenci.

        If I could give Nurse Karlene 10 plus stars I would. Nurse Karlene is an Angel. I had a situation with my husband and the way she stepped in and took charge, I really couldnt have done it without her. I was in tears because of how blessed I felt, how calm I felt after she took over the issue. I am forever thankful and grateful to encounter this ngel on earth. I appreciate you Nurse Karlene. Keep up that amazing, caring spirit. Thank you !
