Breastfeeding With Love-Lactation Consultant

I was experiencing unimaginable pain due to clogged milk ducts and Betty literally saved me. I reached out to her and she was so supportive and responsive and was able to see me the next day. As soon as she arrived, I knew she was an expert. Within minutes she had offered solutions and remedies that took the pain away. Betty is highly personable, warm and supportive. She is a lifesaver if you have any lactation issues. I highly recommend her to all moms. I highly recommend Betty. Out of the 4 different lactation consultants I worked with after my daughters birth, she was the only one that made a difference. She really digs in, is honest and straightforward, and is very friendly. Whereas other consultants gave boilerplate advice and left me feeling confused, Betty took the time to really understand my situation and create a tailored plan. It doesnt hurt that Betty has had 8 of her own children!

So this post is wayyyy over due! I had my Baby back in December 2023. I wanted to exclusively breastfeed but was induced at 37weeks and my Milk let down was a struggle .i couldnt keep up with babies demand due to My Supply being low and difficulty getting baby to latch due to really painful nipples. Betty came at the drop of the dime when I called. She really is a lactation superhero.the snow had just begun and she was leaving another clients home when I called and came right to afterwards. With her she bought a scale and sat through a whole Feeding and weighed my baby before and after the feeding to see just how much she was drinking ( I never knew to do that in order to calculate the feeding) she also supplied me with nipple shield to prevent my nips from touching anything in between feedings. Betty also taught me how to hold the baby in different positions to make feeding more comfortable for she and I.Betty helped me tremendously not to mention she was a great conversationalist.
