I cant say enough amazing things about this gym, and the community it has created! I never felt comfortable in gym environments, but I look forward to coming here every morning. After having my son, I started working out about one year postpartum and I am probably one year later stronger than I have ever been in my life and I feel so beyond incredible. Janibell and Bradley are such kind and warm humans who are so knowledgeable and always make sure youre being pushed to do your best respectfully!

Fuerza is my happy place!!! It took me 48 years to find what I was looking for but here I am baby! Janibell AND Bradley are both excellent trainers who make me feel seen and who take the time to ensure I am meeting my goals. I feel enthusiastic and fully engaged every time I show up. The culture is inclusive and confidence building. This is one of my favorite businesses in Ridgewood and I encourage everyone to come join us in getting healthy together!
