There are multiple situations of discontent that I would like to express about this business, but I rather just mention that its dishonest and unprofessional. Peter01 Corporation was in charged of assessing the cost of the demolition and removal of material within our properties. However, they increase the prices at the very last minute once the job was already done. Also, their employees took advantage of our good faith and trust as they were caught by our surveillance camera stealing material and fixtures.

Unfortunately, I have had a terrible bad experience with this company due to the lack of professionalism and work ethic. Initially, we quote the demolition of a two floor apartments at a certain prize and once everything was done the owner or manager was imposing extra fees because the work took longer than expected. On the hand, after interacting with one of the employees my husband and I realized that the company is on the look for hiring illegal immigrants and underage individuals. Due to the seriousness of the situation we have decided to move forward and denounce the situation with Homeland Security Department and The Department of Labor. Definitively, not a serious business !! NOT RECOMMENDED
