My sister and I dealt with Steve when our beloved aunt passed unexpectedly. He is compassionate, thoughtful, professional, and transparent. Steve and Thad were courteous and prompt in getting back to us and we never felt like they were attempting to upsell services to us. They were thorough and patient throughout. We were comfortable and at ease in dealing with Fox Funeral Home. Steve made the difficult task of laying our dear aunt to rest less stressful for our family.

My father died Holy Thursday. We knew it was going to be difficult making arrangements to have his service and burial before Easter Sunday. I called Thaddeus and he manage every detail in a professional and timely manner. I cant thank him enough for helping us through this emotional process.

During our hardest time they treated us like family. They did everything with dignity and a caring touch. I will forever be thankful for their services and their listening ear. These people are the real deal.

Steve was great and a good balance of caring, transparent but practical. Environment was pleasant and appropriate. The reason for the rating is the poor quality video stream of funeral. Complaints from many disappointed international mourners who stayed up to watch the service. After COVID, a good video stream should be standard at funerals. My deceased family member has family/friends around the country & world (like many New Yorkers). The handheld camera used was unsteady and sound quality was poor. This was not a good look for Fox funerals. Or New York / USA. Hope this aspect will improve.
