They have a Sprinkler head leaking in off hours. We called Capitol Fire Sprinkler with little hope. But they not only answered the phone promptly and sent the repair crew arrived our location within an hour. The repair technician is very skilled and professional. He has the knowledge to diagnose the problem and to fix it right away. This prevent the further damage to our building. Very appreciated. They are the heroes without the caps

This company doesn't follow up with their promises. Changes the price after an agreed price without notifying the customer until it was time to pay.

No just no, This company is horrible and have repeatedly sent us fraudulent request for work to be done. We had to turn off the sprinklers because of a boiler bursting. This company then did their monthly inspection saying that our sprinklers were turned off. Instead of letting us know that the sprinklers were turned off, they then had the audacity to say that they need to leak test the system before the sprinklers can be turned on. And that all turned off sprinklers were to be reported to the FDNY.
THIS IS A DISGUSTING SCARE TACTIC, I'm ashamed that I even fell for this.
IN WHAT WORLD WOULD CHARGING SOMEONE OVER 800 DOLLARS TO TURN ON THE A FACUET IS JUSTIFIABLE???
The emails/quotes sent to us were convoluted and when asked for more clarification the employees purposely remained vague in order to convince unsuspecting clients to agree to overpriced and unnecessary work.
DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE REVIEWS ON HERE. WILLING TO BET MOST OF THEM ARE BOTTED.
The reply is really dumb. Why would there be a leak if there was no leaks before i shut the damn thing off? Why do i need to air test something every time it needs to be turned back on? god you people are like robots

we at Baldor specialty foods are proud to say that the techs that were here for two days performing test on our many dry valve systems did an outstanding job, I always request the techs who have performed jobs for us and done outstanding work in the past. Two thumbs up to Tyrone and his assistant Sam. Thank you for you professionalism.
