    The worst service I could have received, I called four times and on all four occasions they left me on hold for more than 5 minutes and I never managed to make an appointment with the doctor. I guess the receptionist was too busy to do her job properly.

    Went with an ear infection. I had previously had this issue and knew how it needed to be treated. had previously had prescribed pills and they didn't work. The doctor however INSISTED, I do a check up $100+ and an additional ear check that cost me an extra $300+ hundred. They didn't even confirm if I was okay with the additional treatment, they just wrote me up for it and sent me to the room. I was desperate to find a solution for my ear, so I accepted. Thinking they' found a solid solution, they did as expected... prescribed me pills that did nothing to improve my problem. Waste of my time and money. Instead of listening to their patients, they insist they know better. Definitely going back, do not recommend it. If you do, be brief and ask about the procedures, cost and paperwork upfront. Take your time to consider since it is your body, time and finances that they're playing with. Best of luck. I went with an ear infection.     lack of professional ethics on the part of the doctor he told us to call on a certain day and when we called they told us that the doctor was going to call us it never happened the medicine was having a side effect and the prescription said that if that happened we would immediately contact the doctor We tried three more times and he didn't answer, I had to go to the clinic again to wait for the unethical doctor to give us an answer. Gentlemen, if you go out of state, I don't recommend very bad care.
