My appointment was at 4pm but they called to come early @ 2pm. I got there before 2, but ended up waiting 2.5 hours for the whole procedure. The waiting room was filled with frustrated patients all waiting. They really need to get this inefficiency straightened out. I have another appointment in three months and already so stressed out just thinking of going back. Update on 11/27/23 Came to another appointment which was at 3pm and have been waiting over 3 hours. (it's 6:06pm now) THIS IS ABSURD!!!! Don't over-book your patients if you can't handle them!

This is a patient who underwent cataract and presbyopia surgery on both eyes in January and April of 2023. It was a huge cost because she did not have insurance, but it was so inconvenient to work that she had no choice but to have it done. I visited the hospital several times to check the progress of the surgery and made an appointment, but waiting for several hours was very uncomfortable and unpleasant because it seemed so normal, but I couldn't do it because I was disappointed. I expected to look brighter after the surgery, but I wasn't that satisfied. When I told them about my situation, the attitude of the doctors and nurses towards patients who waited for several hours was insincere answers and rushed stories. The intraocular pressure was not high, there was no glaucoma, and the surgery went well. They told me that it was because my eyes were dry and that it would get better if I used artificial tears at least 4 times a day. I went to the hospital last Wednesday after being told that I could come for a final check-up in 2 months, but they suddenly said I needed to get tested for glaucoma and that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars, so I was very worried. I was surprised, and if you had told me in advance, I wouldn't have prepared for it, but didn't I just end up leaving after a 3-hour round trip? I told him that the doctor also said it was his last check. The lady with unusually long eyelashes said that I don't know what the teacher was talking about because I don't have much time at the hospital. Is this a fight with me? I think it is truly substandard behavior for employees to criticize each other in English.

It took 10 minutes for me to describe all the symptoms i had to deal with. Tried to elaborate with as many details as possible. However, it took 10 seconds for her to diagnose me with simple eye dryness. Got prescription for eye lubricants that anyone could get on walgreens aisle 4 shelf. Been using it for awhile, and my eyes are not getting any better. Plan to see another doctor next week. This place seems to care only about the quantity of patients, not the quality of treatment; trying to see as many patients as possible in a day. NOT plaaning to go back!

It's unbelievable! They told me that they accept my insurance and it is in network. However, when I received the bill, I found that some of their doctors are out of network and they didn't tell me!!! So, I have to pay the large amount of the cost!!!

Even though I made a reservation, I waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes and the doctor finished the treatment after 3 minutes. I wish they would think more about patients and be less authoritarian.
