Master plumber William "Bill" Grand and his partner have been working on my emergency gas repair since the beginning of 2017 (Deposit paid in the end of 2016) They have run pipe but failed their inspection. This was last summer. I have begged, pleaded ahs threatened. I have spoken to them and the chief of plumbers for Queens. Stay away. DOB has a tool to look up Violations that plumbers have incurred. I wish I knew about that before I hired them.

!!! DO NOT HIRE !!!
These guys are nothing short of crooks and extortion artists. They have been working in my house for 5 weeks, turns out they never even filled for a permit, cant do the job, charge upfront and left my house all broken and unfinished....had to hire another company to fix all of their work and finish the job, ... SAVE YOURSELF TIME , STRESS AND MONEY AND HIRE ANYONE ELSE !!!!
