Awful experience. I went there to hem pants and little surprised by price because it was different from what I heard from my friend. So I was kind of telling myself softly, oh its much expensive than I thought. But I was going to do it anyways. But then I was told that then I would need to go other places with very sarcastic tone. I ended up really going to the other shop across the street because I didnt want to deal with someone rude. I wont go that place ever again.

Looking at these reviews, it sounds like it really depends who you get. I've always had a lady when I come in (I believe her name is Soo Lin?) and she is lovely. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional. Fixed the trimming on my coat that had gotten ruined in the dryer for a reasonable price.
