I never Google rate places but this experience was very unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment for 11:45AM it had been over an hour I was sitting there patiently for my turn. I decided to ask the receptionist if they would know when Ill be called and she said theres one more person in front of me. More minutes passed by and they called another person, so Im believing Ill be next but after more minutes they called someone else. Eventually I did leave before they even called me because I had things to do and I couldnt keep wasting more of my time. Dont waste your time coming to this dentist.

She broke a tooth knowing it and she was so barbaric that she put the post and the crown on me like this and in less than two weeks I returned with the post and the crown in my hands twice..

Great cleaning and tooth extraction experiences. Most bad reviews on here are mainly about the wait not the actual work done.

Always handled with great care, and professionalism. Went here for an emergency, the wait was a little long, being that I didn't have an appt and it was expected since she has a lot of regulars. Once in maybe 30 mins for X-rays and filling. No complaints from me, awesome service.

I now understand why this place has the star rate it has . I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for today at 1045 I get there before my appointment to fill out demographics since it was my first time there which took less than 5 minutes. I kindly asked if she could give me an approximate time like 30 minutes or an hour and she kindly said more like an hour but I can call you when its your turn so I agreed because they have a tiny waiting area and many were standing like 25 ppl in that tiny area so I sat in my car and waited.. I didnt get a call so I called them at about 12 and they said there was one in the room and one before me so about another 1/2 hour I said okay thank you and stood in my car 12:45 I call them and they said not yet so I told them to cancel at this point Ive been waiting for more than 2 hours I took a day off of work without pay to not get anything done very frustrating I have to say they were friendly and apologetic but definitely not organized might try again another time big might we will see
