I love this place! The staff is very friendly. I always feel comfortable coming here. Been coming here for a couple of years. The doctor is excellent and he always explains to you what you need step by step. If you have an emergency you can call and they give you an appointment right away. I recommend it.

The dentist and his staff are a bunch of scam artists. Received Invisalign treatment from the dentist and never received my retainers and was never called about coming in for them. The dentist never even provided a 3D scan the way the Invisalign process should actually work. My teeth are filled with gaps. This dentist does not know how to space teeth correctly. He overly spaced my teeth and Invisalign treatment never even worked. They are not straight and still overlap. When telling the dentist, he made a gap too big, causing food to get stuck in between the over gap that he made he did not care and told me it will eventually close. Its been over a year and it has not. I shouldve gone to a professional instead of this money making scheme of an office. Once they receive all your money and payment in full, they dont care to fix what theyve started. Horrible hygienist with braids was extremely rude to me during any experience there and does not know how to floss teeth I dont know where she received her degree, but she needs to watch some videos on how to properly floss instead of pulling the string through the patients teeth. Rosalie was always the best and most professional in there. If she works at another office Id definitely follow here there! Never returning to this office again. It is also the dentist job to follow up and initiate a phone call with their patients, not the patient alone and not just take their money. My treatment was in fact complete yet my teeth shifted due to poor spacing techniques with an unequipped dentist and staff. Going to a school and obtaining a certificate or license does not make you qualified dear. According to ADA guidelines, 3D scanning is the expected standard to ensure accuracy of treatment. Not with impression trays that can not even fit a patients mouth properly and dentist is incompetent to realize that and needs hygienist to do his dirty work for him. If things were properly done I would not have this issue. Instead of arguing with your patients and stealing their money, do your job properly and professionally. Lastly, Rosalie was the only professional hygienist with proper cleaning and flossing techniques. My teeth were made extremely sensitive after cleanings with the hygienist with braids and has a micro fracture due to her purposefully doing this to me. You have many bad reviews and complaints that you fail to oversee. Consumer affairs, Eyewitness News, and the Dental Board will deal with you. Hows that for communication?

Ive had really bad experiences with dentist in queen and this place changed everything. Everyone was so nice, careful and professional, the dentist was exceptional, all my procedures where amazing. 10/10
