  • If you can't do it, don't do it. You don't even know the process of getting an anesthetic. You can't even understand the basic filling of a tooth. Sooner or later, you'll go out of business.

They deserve 0 stars. I made an appointment for a tooth filling (it had been filled before, but it fell out and needed to be refilled). The dentist didnt even look at it and said he couldnt fill it and had to pull it out. They were keen on pulling out the tooth (because it was simple and crude and they charged extra). They only I want to fool you by cleaning and cleaning my teeth (to make easy money). The male dentist has no skills, no medical knowledge, and no medical ethics. If you care about your teeth and dont want to be deceived, please stay away from his home and call your insurance agent to recommend a legitimate one. Dentist, if this kind of black clinic does not close down, you and I will be responsible! ! !

The paper bags containing medical equipment are not sterilized and are reused, which poses a lot of safety risks. I didn't want to give her one star at first. She would save a few cents a paper bag without caring about the safety of the patients. It's hard to imagine her in the hospital. What will happen with other materials?

This dental clinic personally feels very bad! There is no professional ethics at all! I made an appointment to see my wisdom teeth and wanted to have them removed. After they examined me, they said I wanted to wash my teeth. After washing my teeth, they told me that I had cavities. They wanted to fill my teeth (the two teeth I filled had no problem at all, and they didn't hurt at ordinary times. On the contrary, my painful teeth told me that there was no problem). They didn't give me a chance to speak. After filling my teeth, they told me that they couldn't pull out their wisdom teeth. They wanted to introduce me to other surgical dentists for removal. Why can't you make wisdom teeth and finally say? Where is the doctor's professional ethics? ! Below is my additional comment, which is also a reply to what this clinic said. 1. I went to your clinic for wisdom teeth extraction three years ago. Three years have passed. No one will comment maliciously on your clinic. They are all patients' personal experiences. You will know for yourself by reading other people's comments. I The comments were from three years ago. Look at the comments from two years ago, and then look at the recent comments. Have you made any improvements? I am a local guide on Google Maps, and the content I publish has received many positive reviews. Why should I maliciously comment on your clinic? Rather than other clinics? 2. Do you think patients will disclose personal information to you? Why should patients provide information as you request? Do you know the privacy protection provided by the law to patients? 3. I have already asked the front desk of your clinic (I don't know if that man is the front desk now) for my medical records. I have also consulted with other dental clinics and received good advice. I will not pursue it . Forget it, you still asked me like it was reasonable. Your attitude is not to improve your services. You didn't understand the basic logic here, so you just came out to comment. If you have time, check out these reviews of the clinic on Google. Rectification! Go reflect! ! ! 4. My main complaint is to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Because my wisdom teeth are special, I went to other dental clinics. Since ordinary dental clinics could not extract them, they would transfer me to a surgeon. You didn't give me any advice on my wisdom teeth, but did irrelevant work. How can you prove that you told me to drill and fill the other (intact) teeth? 5. How patients evaluate your clinic is their business. Patients have the right to evaluate whether it is good or bad, because that is the patient's truest feeling! Of course, you also have the right to protect your own rights and interests. I just said my own feelings.

We remain open to discuss your case and address your concerns right here, or by phone, so that we can serve you and our patient community better. Unverified patient customers posting negative reviews should face consequences. The principal full-time dentist here is female. If you were ever treated here by a male dentist here, we need more specific details from you regarding the case in question. Also, a filling performed by a previous dentist that came off may make a re-fill impossible if the previous cavity was large, deep and close to nerves, in which case an extraction may be needed if patient experience sustaining pain. No dentist enjoys extracting teeth and certainly no dentist makes "easy money" to clean your teeth. I sincerely hope that you can accurately prove that you have visited our dental clinic and provide the date of the visit and the day you visited it Dental treatment items that we can discuss here, or by phone, your comments here also help us improve the quality of our service. Negative reviews that are fabricated out of thin air by people who are not patients of our clinic should be held legally responsible. First of all, the principal dentist is a female dentist. If you have been treated by a male dentist, please provide specific information so that we can clarify your comment here. Secondly, after the material of the tooth filled by the dentist falls off, whether it can withstand the deep drilling and filling of new material depends entirely on the individual situation of the specific patient. How deep is the tooth decay defect? How close is it to the tooth nerve? Only then can we determine whether it is possible to drill and fill the tooth again without touching the nerve of the tooth. What you said about "the dentist just said he can't fix it and needs to pull it out without even looking at it" will definitely not happen in this clinic! Thirdly, your statement that dentists are “keen on extracting teeth” and “make easy money” by cleaning teeth is simply untenable. If you do not seriously provide confirmable details of the facts of the visit so that we can effectively improve the quality of our services, you are not qualified to talk about the dentist's technology, medical ethics and medical ethics. brought to your attention. Thanks.

Unverified patient customers posting negative reviews should face consequences. To your question now, all dental equipment in this office is stringently sterilized in industry-standard autoclaves after each use. There's no way for the untrained patient to spot an unsterilized paper pouch, which never happens in this office. If you were truly, with proof, our past patient in the past and would like to come in anytime, I would personally show you our sterilization quarter and process. And if you'd like to return for dental service again, I WILL lead you to the area where I will personally let you watch where I store and take the sterilized equipment, in the hope of giving you the peace of mind. Sincerely We hope that you can accurately prove that you have visited our dental clinic, and provide the date of the visit and your dental treatment program that day, so that we can discuss it here or by phone. Your comments here also help us improve our services. quality. Negative reviews that are fabricated out of thin air by people who are not patients of our clinic should be held legally responsible. All metal treatment instruments in our dental clinic are sterilized in strict industry-standard sterilizers. This is most reassuring. The "paper bag not sterilized" situation you describe is a visual layman's term for patients without professional training. If you can indeed authenticate the specific details of your visit here, I welcome you to return to our clinic at any time and I will personally show you our sterilization process and what the "paper bag" you described looks like. OK? Thanks.

Hope you can honestly prove you were our patient in the past and provide the date of service and procedures in question rendered to you on that day to substantiate your complaint made here. And be more specific regarding your comment. We remain open to discuss your case and address your concerns right here, or by phone. You have nothing to lose while we have everything to gain in that we can serve you and our patient community better. Unverified patient customers posting negative reviews should face consequences. Being unable to verify, just by your name "Bill Chen" here, if you were truly our patient here before, let me share with you how a dentist serves a brand new patient. If you come in as a brand new patient to us, without any diagnostic record or x -rays, the very first thing the dentist does is to hear you out describing your concerns, which in your case is extraction of wisdom tooth. Your assertion that "They didn't give me a chance to speak" is simply untrue and it never happens here. You made it sound as if the dentist had forced his way through exam, x-ray, cleaning and fillings on you against your will and objection. In fact, your comment that "...(the two teeth I filled had no problem at all, and they didn't hurt at ordinary times. On the contrary, my painful teeth told me that there was no problem)....." is very convoluted and self-contradictory at best . If any patient declares upfront that all he wants to do is wisdom tooth extraction and nothing else, the dentist would oblige by performing an exam and x-ray and tell you straight if the wisdom tooth extraction is doable here at our office or has to be referred out to an oral surgeon. The choice as to whether you want cleaning and fillings to be performed on you is totally up to you the patient. If your only concern was your wisdom tooth extraction evaluation and nothing else, no dentist would perform other treatments on you without discussing them with you and getting your consent. We sincerely hope that you can accurately prove that you have been to our dental clinic, provide the date of the visit and the dental treatment items you had on that day, and describe your feelings in detail. Leave a comment here so that we can discuss it here, or by phone. We ask you for specific verification. For you, you have nothing to lose; but we will benefit because you help us improve the quality of our service. Negative reviews that are fabricated out of thin air by people who are not patients of our clinic should be held legally responsible.
