February 2024: I gave them another chance... I called to ask how much a Large order of rice, beans and pepper steak costs... the lady tells me that she is too busy to take my order if it is for several people. I'm asking you for the price of one order only, these people don't deserve customers. They always come up with something stupid. Every time I call the ladies answer as if I were bothering them. If you don't want to work, go home. Better to call a restaurant where they appreciate their customers and speak to them with respect. The man who always makes the delivery is very good and friendly. I know they are busy but this is no way to answer the phone. When Mr. answers the phone I NEVER have a bad experience, but with those old ladies? Simply bitter. Every time I call this place the women that answer act like I'm bothering them for trying to place an order. I'd rather call a restaurant that values their clients and speaks to them with respect. If you don't want to work then go home. The delivery guy is a sweetheart and a nice person. When the guys answer the phone I never have an issue, not like those bitter women.
