Mistake after mistake after mistake . Sloppy work uncaring attitude . Up charges coming in daily that were unreasonably priced . Started work all over but never finished a thing . Subcontractors refused to show up at times because they werent paid from them so I had weeks without work . My foundation for my two story addition wasnt deep enough so the new part of my basement is for a 4 ft tall person . Lie after lie after lie . Dont expect either one to be reached in an emergency because phones will be off . Excuses after excuses . They claim they are custom builders but they are the Home Depot Specialists for getting the cheapest quality materials and charging the most. . They built incorrectly due to cutting corners that it was impossible to install my finishes so things had to be ripped out and redone . Use a company that wont leave you with a construction disaster. These guys will destroy your home/building. Did an extension on the house with these guys including the basement. Basement ceiling is now barely over 6 feet high because they didn't dig a deep enough hole. Conned and bribed us into thinking they could build & complete even more at the same time so they could get more money from us. Once they had already taken our money, they abandoned us with our house torn apart and told us that they suddenly "were busy with other projects"

I recently had my office space gutted and fully renovated by both Bob and Mizzi, They handled not only my renovation with professionalism but my time as well. Just the thought of contractors would make me panic. THEY CHANGED THAT THEORY FOR ME! They helped us complete this big project on our originally discussed goal date.. This was my first experience with Bob and Mizzi and truthfully speaking I would use them each time I start any major project and also be confident on having them build my home one day, I refer to them as my "DREAM TEAM".

I recently finished construction on my house Montauk. It was a huge project as we put a second floor over a cathedral ceiling. Bobby Brancaccio,who we fondly refer to as Bob the Builder, assured me that all would go well and it did! The house looks gorgeous. Everything was done professionally, on time,with attention to detail with gorgeous moldings and doors. I highly recommend this company! Dawn Kloepfer

I just finished a complete renovation of four (4) commercial floors for my new office in Flushing and I couldn't be happier. I was dreading the project having worked with "Contractors" in the past. However, these Gentleman respected my time lines and came through on all commitments. Be forewarned that this level of professionalism does not come at a discount. I would highly recommend Mizzi and Brancaccio to anyone who has a project that they want done right and on time. Will definitely use them again...
