In summary, as long as this store is in Flushing, for fixing computer problems, I will keep coming back to them. As a digital artist, I value all my data. Before the repair, they backed up all my data and I didn't lose any important files even images. While in the middle of the repair, they contacted me every important step of the decision and determined the price and plan before moving forward. For the issue where the motherboard was completely damaged, they even went to buy the parts themselves so that they replaced my hardware in just 2 days. Even at the end of the day, the owner of the store gave me a discount of over a hundred dollars. They are so generous and responsible that it's no wonder they've been able to keep this store open for fifteen years!
