Poor interaction skills from some employees in this location unfortunately.

I'm going to give honest, sober feedback from this place after already having 2 unpleasant encounters with this particular employee. The woman in these photos is a negative asset to this location when it comes to customer service. I arrived to starbucks at 8:52 pm on Friday June 30th and saw the doors slightly open and my husband kindly asked if they were done for the day and she rudely yelled 3x we're closed and hysterically screamed "bye" while using offensive hand gestures insisting to go away while maliciously shouting "bye!" with the intent of humiliating my husband infront of her colleagues for simply asking a question. I do plan to pursue a follow up on this matter and will forward my complaint to the store manager/s as this is not the first time I've had a negative experience with this unhinged employee. I did notice her colleagues attempt to cover my camera view from the public sidewalk and I can't blame them for trying to save face ,that was very sweet of them, however her behavior is unacceptable as a customer service employee and needs further education on how to interact with customers responsibly.

My order was forgotten, i wasted 15-20 mins of my life. I was told my order was being made, it was never made. 5-7 people got their orders before me. Wasted money on meter parking as well
