my mother bought a comforter, it seemed to be used. instead of being fluffly it had empty gaps ... well basically it was not good. so she went back to return it. they would not give her, her money back they said she needs to get a exchange. but the comforter was size queen, they did not have any other size queens. qhen she said they did not have any other in her size, to give her her money backl. they refuse.
