        6 sales reps inside not one said hello. We were the only ones in the store, mind you. They were busy laughing. I wanted to buy some pairs of jeans but with no help i couldnt find my size. Took our business somewhere else.

        Terrible customer service. You have to ask someone to open the fitting room, they're locked otherwise. Also, I asked 3 people politely to show me the watch that I wanted to try on and had to wait 24 minutes for that! I'd think that for a relatively expensive store I could expect a better service. We'd bought a bunch of things from the store in the past, but this is the time when we were completely disregarded as customers.
