T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

If I can leave negative star I will, I been T-Mobile customer for more then 5 years , I have no problem with the company . But this dealer I cant even use the words disappointment , all I can say is disgusting this dealer .

Terrible employees rude would not help my mom who is over 65, they didnt help her update the T-Mobile app on her phone they said sorry I cant help you I will lose my job if I help you when the T-Mobile app wasnt working on my moms phone. They wouldnt help a 65 year old update the app. How cruel just downright mean your incompetent employees are to old loyal customers, you should seriously have some compassion for older people who are not that tech savvy and need help in a T-Mobile store to update their T-Mobile app.

Vincent a pure scam artist and a sleezball salesBOY Went in with my wife 2 months ago to switch from Verizon to t mobile. Turned out that my wife still had some time before was up so we decided to stick with Verizon until it was up. We left. Remedial Vincent, decides he still wants the commission, so opens up my line anyway. I now have a bill from collection agency for $320 plus. So not only will he getting a visit from me, but a call from corporate. Good job buddy

This location has all friendly employees that are laid back and helpful. the manager is exceptionally knowledgeable on all questions and answers and quickly is eager to call and make sure all concerns are met and taking car of. each employee deserves a raise. thank you t mobile for hiring good employees and making this location a good experience.
