Not reliable for nails, unsure about the other services. I went here about a month ago, had an appointment, and had to wait 20 minutes for them to get started - fine, its one woman doing nails, and she did a good job, so I was able to look past that. Then, I called on Saturday for a Sunday appointment and she told me they werent open even though google says theyre open every day. FineI call on Monday to make an appointment for Friday. She confirmed there would be a manicurist there, and scheduled me in for 3:00. I show up for my 3 PM appointment and they tell me the woman is no longer there, no explanation why, even though I had an appointment. I wanted to like this place, I really did because its so close to my house, but the inconsistency is not worth it given my schedule is hectic and I planned for a 3 PM appointment for a reason. I suggest finding somewhere else unless you just have time to kill.

Tita Lita, our hair stylist and Tita Lilian, who does my nails are so wonderful. They are both kind. When it comes to their work, both are meticulous. I love them both. I've been coming to this place in years. Thank you for always taking care of us when we visit.
